19th century Forézienne town house with contemporary decoration and natural colors, located in a bucolic setting and preserved on the green banks of the Vizézy, ideally located in the heart of Montbrison close to all amenities and conducive to strolling through the streets and buildings that account our county capital of Forez rich in historical heritage.

The atmosphere that reigns there is serene and warm. "Une odeur de tilleul": a parenthesis out of time, in an intimate place, full of charm and poetry.
It emerges from the careful renovation in 2018 by the interior designer: Lauren Creation in Montbrison, family furniture or mottled, decoration full of charm: a sweet atmosphere of family home, a soul, combining comfort, warmth, attention to detail and sense of sharing. Serenity and relaxation.
The spacious living room bathed in light opens on a green table offering a glimpse of the garden and reveals the opposite cascading small waterfall and the bucolic banks of the Vizézy crying old willow.

For their pleasure, it shares with the guests in the quietness of the lounge around his steaming stove during warm winter evenings or near his friendly light oak table where are organized gourmet breakfasts and tasty dinners terroir, taken in summer terrace.
The mezzanine space enhances height and volume.

On either side of the floor, two large and welcoming guest suites (living room, bedroom, shower room, separate toilet) have been created in complete privacy:
- Adrien's workshop, suite of 50 m2 indus spirit / workshop (capacity of 1 to 6 people).
- Jeanne's room, suite of 35 m2 chic bohemian atmosphere with garden view (capacity from 1 to 4 people).
At the hottest hours of the summer, it is good to live on the garden side, to cool off in the temperate water of the swimming pool or to immerse yourself in the shady tranquility of the linden tree, an impression of gentle nature, a moment of calm, a groove of happiness.

Its timely shading is a delight, its leaves rustle with light and bloom under the sun in delicate shades of green.

We drink in the air a concentrate of summer and this light and carefree atmosphere accompanies the beautiful days.
